Cream & Coffee

Cream & Coffee
Skaneateles, New York
Located on the main drag in Skaneateles, New York, Cream & Coffee is a unique new cafe from Amanda Hughes, the owner of The Ice Cream Stand in Syracuse, NY. Overlooking the lake with stunning water views, this cafe embodies Amanda's brand mission and values: to surprise and delight guests, foster connections and community, and provide a consistently positive experience.
The vision for Cream & Coffee can be described with words like beloved, impactful, progressive, playful, creative, connected, and joyful. Amanda's menu will feature seasonal, local ingredients, emphasizing sustainability in both food offerings and design elements, including packaging and paper products. She aims to create a warm, welcoming space where people feel a strong sense of community and relaxation.
Amanda requested that the cafe's design be so captivating that visitors can’t help but keep looking around, discovering new details and layers as their experience unfolds. We share her enthusiasm for this vision!
We have carefully selected sustainable materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, as well as eco-friendly construction methods. The brand palette for Cream & Coffee reflects the varying shades of coffee with cream, guiding the entire interior aesthetic.
The project is currently under construction. Please check back soon for a more detailed description and photos of the build-out.
